Did you hear the word--- "Office Politics".
This word is very much familiar to working people. In todays life, working community can survive in two ways; either they perform tremendously well in their work or they should be well versed with office politics.
Office politics means to make impression in the eyes of owner, director without performing well in their task. People who go for office politics are very cunning, great provokers, teasers etc. Thier shrewdness can't be verify by others and they will certainly backstab you wherever they find the opportune.
Be cautious and vigilant, whenever you find colleagues are getting to close to you, else pretending very nice infront of seniors but too rude in alone.
I am going to share my friends story with you all. It was the incident of Pune, When my friend who was happily living abroad, tried to take her career ahead; she reached Pune to get a vocational training and wanted to persue with a job related to it.
She completed her vocational course and started with job at a start up company. Initially, when she joined, employees were against her. As being appointed as HR she was not getting power to tackle employees related problems.
In the same office, there was one guy name Pradeep. he was very nice to her but he always tried his level best to make her faulty in the eyes of everyone. The way he was handling people shows his cunning nature. He had made an impression in the eyes of people. What he did exactly that with the help of his shitty mind.
He convienced everyone to follow his words. and not to listen anyone else. Even, the owner was in his favour. he has tried his level best to make her go out of the company.
One day, he got suceeded in his plans and my friend was forced to quit from his job. She was the real victim of office politics.
So guys, in my views, please be aware of the employees who likes office politics.
